Bone Growth and muscular Development

Muscular development relies the development of strong bones! And strong bones need special training! The ability of bone to grow based on stress attached to it via a muscular development workout depends on the following

1. The overload paced on the bones and the muscular system!

2. The torque placed on the muscle which can be defined as a force multiplied by the length of a lever arm

3. The magnitude of tensile, compressive, shearing, and bending components of that force

Bone muscular development also depends on the use of heavy high intensity training. You also need the right nutrition for muscular development. You also need adequate levels of sleep – (at least 8-10 hours a day) and power naps (15-20 minutes at a go)

these are a few tips needed for full muscular development!
