Ok lets take the view that you perform 10 reps of crunches without stopping! This group of non-stop repetition is known as asset. This is basic bodybuilding terminology. And when you perform 3 sets of that, you can write it as

3*10 that is 3 sets of 10 reps on the crunch. This is known as a straight sets in bodybuilding! You are performing straight sets for abdominals

Here is how a straight set routine would look like

Reverse crunches 2 sets of 15 reps

Rest 1 minute

Crunches 2 sets of 10 reps

Side twist 2 sets of 12 reps
