Partial Reps

Partial Reps in your strength workout refer to half reps that you are able to do even after the last rep of the last set has been completed by you. This happens when you are unable to do another full rep after the last full rep that you have finished. At this time concentrating on doing half or even a quarter rep just to keep on going will help. This training concept is for Advanced Athletes.
