Pre-contest Diet

Requirement of low fat recipes crops up during run up to a contest. The intensity of the pre-contest low fat diet plan depends on the physical condition at that time and how many weeks there are remaining until the competition. Most bodybuilders establish weekly as well as daily checkpoints when on a low fat recipe diet, especially for the last couple of weeks before a contest, to check that they look the way they want to at various stages leading to the contest. Snack (two hours later) Two pieces of toast and half a grapefruit.

Evening Meal (about-8:30 P.M.) Plain, boiled fish, dry baked potato, salad with lemon slices, perhaps a steamed vegetable, water or a glass of dry white wine.

When compared to most other pre-contest nutritional programs, this example is a working yet a low fat recipes diet. However, all low fat recipes need to be kept simple for them to work. If a bodybuilder sticks to the basics, he will definitely come out ahead in the long run with a minimum of confusion and by following a diet of low fat recipes.
