Muscle building potential and how to achieve it by training to failure!

Muscle building potential – how can we maximize it? How can we gain all the weight we want? We can maximize our muscle building potential by training to momentary muscular failure!

If someone chooses to end a set shy of filature has the person really done a set? The answer is no. If someone does a set of 10 reps and he or she could do extra 3 reps but stops the set shy of failure will this allow them to actualize their muscle building potential?

No, in general to perform 10 reps to failure your 11ths rep should be impossible to perform! 11 reps taken to failure means that the 12 repetitions is impossible to do! This impossible rep is what will allow you to actualize your true muscle building potential!

What makes this so important?

It is measurable! It is a way to record it down! Realize that strength is directly proportional to the cross sectional size of a muscle! So the stronger a muscle the bigger it will be! If you can lift 10 reps with 200lbs …the 11ths rep being impossible and next week you lift 210 pounds for another 10 reps, your muscles will be bigger!

And this strength can only be measured if you take your sets to failure1
