So you want to get big and strong with a weight gain diet, huh? I bet you train all day long, stuff your mouth with hordes of protein, and spend an incredible amount of cash only to discover that you have gained no weight at all. Does this sound like you? Been there, DONE THAT! Truth be told, a lot of people out there have very fast metabolisms. I myself can eat a horse one day and look like a poodle the next! Your body is an extraordinary powerful machine that uses up an enormous amount of fuel. Three meals a day just won’t cut it. You need to eat at least six times a day, if not ever other hour or so. To keep a better track of how your weight gain diet is progressing, I suggest maintaining a detailed journal of everything you have devoured each day. It will help you evaluate whether you area eating enough and whether you are eating the right foods. You need to be taking in approximately four thousand calories a day from a variety of different foods. They key to your weight gain diet is to keep providing your stomach with food. Don’t eat so much that you have to puke though! As long as your engine is consistently and constantly furnished with tasty and healthy treats, your weight gain diet should be progressing along as steadily as a 1999 Cadillac Convertible cruising down a Los Angeles alleyway!
