Similar relationship can be maintained through resistance training that creates higher efficiency in the endocrine system hormonal production patterns and keeps the muscles toned. This case also does not require any programmed Wt training.

The key to remain fit is activity, Wt training and proper nutritional habits in proportion to energy needs. This shall not only develop and preserves muscle but will also maintain the hormonal endocrine system which mediates the aging principle in general and all energy systems in the body. Therefore, if you do not use your muscles - you shall lose them.

This is a fact that Wt training can be undertaken at any age safely by those who want and need it for strength performance enhancement. It is only those that accept the aging mythology that get top be weak old obese men and ladies who do not actively train or attempt to maintain a physical/mental and lean active condition. As you age you require to undertake Wt training to remain fit.
