6 second abs review….can they build you a set of 6 pack abs? I have been doing 3000 crunches with the 6 second ab machine but I still don’t have a six pack abs. what can I do to get those bundles of joy? Ok let me first give you a bit of bad news, those 3000 crunches with a day with your “6 second abs ” machine have all gone to waste! When it comes to the abs, most people fail to see and teat it like a muscle! “6 second abs” is a machine designed to mimic the traditional ab crunch! Does it not make sense to use the king of all ab exercises-the crunch itself especially when it is FREE…it is like choosing a fast food burger patty over a triple A beef burger patty…why settle for less and pay more? Why choose the 6-second abs machine when you have the real thing at home at the office and wherever you can lie down and crunch? The 6 second abs machine gained popularity because it looks easy! And it is easy and that is shy I is so unproductive! When it comes to building muscle, the harder the exercise, the more productive it is! You should look for ways to make it harder and more intense. 6 second abs are great for the elderly but should never be taken as a substitute to regular “6 pack abs” training exercises like the crunch and leg raise! If you are not a senior or elderly, skip the six second abs machine! And finally bare in mind that all exercises, including the 6 second ab machine is useless unless you are on a low fat, low calorie diet! No sense in trying to build 6 pack abs that are covered with a blanket of body fat! In fact, most people already have 6 pack abs underneath an ocean of fat! So don’t fret with the 6 second abs machine! Does the 6 second abs machine really work? Well consider this a short 6 second abs machine review! I think it could well supplement your existing abdominal routine or crunches and leg raise but it should not replace or substitute traditional abs training |
