Ripped Abs

To get ripped abs make sure you use the leg raise

The leg raise is key to the development of your lower abs and it is essential to get ripped abs.

Here is how you get a set of ripped abs Lie on the floor, hands at your sides. Raise the legs together until they pass overhead and if possible touch the floor at the back of the head.

If you are really overweight, weak or out of shape, this abdominal exercise may be a little difficult at first. You may not, in fact, be able to raise your legs more than a foot or so, but persevere-after a few. In a few weeks you will be able to do the movement correctly. Breathing:

The leg raise can be made more difficult in two ways: either by doing it on an inclined board, the angle of which can be increased as your strength grows, or by using some form of resistance. However, both these are fairly advanced methods and will not be used by the average beginner, who will get ripped abs from the standard version.
