You must train heavy when you bodybuild in fact if you train heavy you don’t even need to train your abs –to get a set of six pack abs, heavy basic exercises force the abs to contract to stabilize the major muscles during movement! And if you are like most, you already have six pack abs; it is just covered with a layer of body fat! But first realize that there is no such thing as spot reduction, the only way to bring out your six pack abs is to embark on a combined program of proper diet, aerobics and weight training! Start by eliminating sweets, sugars and simple crabs and consume a diet of protein and fibrous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower and green beans! Eat 6 meals a day.
