It is important to note that your diet, builds muscles. Some of it may seem redundant, but let's face it - eating properly is as much an art as training or posing, so you might as well learn to do it right from the beginning. You'll need some big ticket weight gaining food items if you are seriously into bodybuilding. Among these are a stove, fridge, freezer, bread maker, deep fryer and microwave.

Don't just pile things in; organize it like a filing cabinet. Divide your freezer into sections: bread, sandwiches, soups, stews, meats, fish and daily mini-meals. Good diet builds muscles and for that you need to be organized. When freezing foods remember the following: weight gaining food tips

1. Remove air from airtight containers like freezer bags. Otherwise the trapped air will absorb flavor from the food and will form a frost. If the bag loses its -airtight quality, that frost will give off odor that can be picked up by other foods in the freezer.

2. Prevent freezer burn by properly sealing your containers or bags. The air in the package can absorb moisture from the food, causing a grayish-white discoloration on the food surface. If you are using plastic containers, seal them with freezer tape no matter how airtight they might be.

3. Do not put too much into your freezer at once let the air circulate inside. In this way the food will be frozen properly.

4. Wash your hands and always use clean equipment when putting your food into containers for freezing. Freezing will not kill the bacteria. It will merely check them.

5. Never use metal to wrap acidic foods.

6. Make sure all containers are labeled and dated.

But cooking large amounts is easier with a conventional stove. It takes longer, but that extra time reduces the likelihood that you're going to ruin your food. Cooking with a microwave isn't difficult, but cooking well is. Everything from the temperature of the ingredients to the power drain of other appliances can affect cooking times.

What can you put into the microwave? Food, microwaveable dishes, cups and bottles nothing else! Anything with metal will cause an electrical storm in your oven and some glassware crack. Make sure that you have removed the food from its freezer bag or other container before hand, unless the container is certified as being microwaveable. Never cook whole eggs in their shells in the microwave as they can explode. Always remove the egg from the shell before cooking. This is a good way to diet and builds muscles.
