Fasting gives the digestive system to recuperate from the continuous workout. Bodybuilders can use fasting to give a bit of rest to their digestive system and start off with a rejuvenated digestive system. Fasting and weight training can go hand in hand and all the worries attached to fasting can be dropped. During fasting the body selectively uses the cells in the body to nourish itself. First it selects the cells which are weak, diseased or degenerated. The body feeds on the most inferior and unclean cells in the body like fats, tumors etc. It does not affect the cells of the brain or the nervous system. By this way a bodybuilder can effectively remove his less performing cells and rejuvenate his body with new cells. Like when you donate blood the lost blood is made good by secretion of fresh blood and removal of impure blood. Likewise when you fast the degenerated and bad cells in the body is consumed by the body to sustain life and causes new cells to grow. One of the method you can include in your training program is fasting and losing fat.
